Trading systems and investment model development are part science, part art. Our goal in building investment models is not to achieve the highest returns using historical data. Those systems are usually destined to fail. Rather, it is to develop sound strategies based upon logical thinking that has performed well in the past, and can be expected to perform well in the future.
Our research team has years of experience in both developing active investment models, and implementing them. Over the years, we have developed some characteristics that we believe are critical to producing reliable investment models.
